Can I update my personal info?

Yes. Once you have logged in clicked on your “NAME” above the menu bar. From the drop down menu select “personal profile” and update your personal information. Remember to select “UPDATE” to upload your new information.

Is free?

Yes. Registering and using the tool is free to use. There is no cost to a user except the cost of using your data.

What do I need to do to start using if I’m visiting for the first time?

Click on “LOGIN/REGISTER”, select the “REGISTER” button and fill in your personal details.

Which browser do I need to use for an optimal viewing experience?

Although all browsers can display the tool recommends Google Chrome for the best viewing experience.

Which devices can I use to access

Any device able to connect to the internet. This includes WAP enabled feature phones.

Will a poor internet connection affect the experience and use of the tool?

Yes. A poor internet connection will have a negative effect on using the tool. Videos for example will be subjected to buffering. Graphics will not display properly. Tendoberries may not be allocated based on activities you execute on.

Will I need data to use

Yes. The use of the tool requires a user to connect to the internet either via your network provider or via WiFi. We recommend that users login and use the tool via a WiFi connection.
